Application: the extrusion line is suitable for PP PE ABS PC PS PVC sheet production.
Features:
l The screw specially designed for special compounding and high plastic to make sure the melting, extrusion and color uniform.
l The mould adopts double throttle design; make sure the thickness control precision.
l Temperature control precision: ±1, control the plastic process and thickness uniform and precise.
l The calender adopts horizontal or vertical, and up-down adjustable.
l The ,sheet thickness controlled by screw and oil pressure, make the control more precise.
l The winding machine adopts advanced torque motor, concerted with four axis tension auto-control, making the winding well by adjusting the speed and the tension.
