The advantage of our machine
1. High performance single screw extruder or twin screw extruder with special screw ensure good extrusion.
2. Special structure die make the thickness of the interior and exterior wall even, and stable molding. In addition, the thickness of interior and exterior can be adjusted.
3. With special and accurate forming module; Cooling air and water system guarantee the production speed fast. With belling in-line system.
4. With special aluminum alloy mould bolck with anti-adhereing treatment, cooling air, cooling water and vacuum channel inside of mould block ensure good forming structure of pipe and speed.
5. Haul-off unit ensure the production stable and thickness of pipe uniform.
6. Special cut-off unit with high quality alloy knife and clamp tools satisfy different cutting.
